I work with active men and women who are capable, self-aware, and often holding a lot together yet feel stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected beneath the surface.
This work is about slowing things down enough for your system to reset, release what it’s been carrying, and return to a steadier, calmer place — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

How I came to this work
My path into this work has unfolded over decades, not months.
I began over 30 years ago as a group fitness instructor, working closely with bodies in motion and supporting people to feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in how they moved.
That naturally led me into teaching and mentoring future fitness professionals, deepening my understanding of how people learn, adapt, and respond to guidance.
From there, I was supported to train in sports massage and sports therapy, and I’ve now spent over 20 years working in massage and 10 years in sports therapy, supporting clients through injury, recovery, performance, and physical strain.
Over time, something became very clear.
Many of the people I worked with were doing everything “right” — staying active, caring for their bodies, pushing through yet their systems were still holding stress in ways that physical work alone couldn’t fully resolve.
Tension wasn’t just muscular.
It was neurological, emotional, and often subconscious.
That realisation is what led me into subconscious and belief-based work, which I’ve been integrating into my practice over the past year.
Rather than replacing my previous work, it completed it.
My approach
Today, my work brings everything together.
I work with the whole system, because that’s how real, lasting change happens.
My approach blends:
Hands-on bodywork
Nervous system regulation
Subconscious and belief-based support
Movement and restorative practices
This may include massage therapy, belief coding, Reiki, sound, Pilates, or a combination depending on what your body and system need at that time.
