Hands-on and movement-based support to help your body release, regulate, and restore.
This work is for you if stress, tension, pain, or fatigue are showing up in your body — or if you feel disconnected from it altogether.
In-person bodywork and movement offer a direct way to support your nervous system, improve how your body feels, and create space for deeper regulation and ease.
How this work supports you
Hands-on and movement-based work can help to:
Reduce physical tension and pain
Support nervous system regulation
Improve circulation and recovery
Increase body awareness and connection
Create a sense of grounding and calm
This work isn’t about forcing change — it’s about giving your body the conditions it needs to soften, respond, and reset.
With over 20 years of experience in massage and 10 years in sports therapy, my approach to massage is informed, responsive, and tailored to your body.
I work with you rather than applying a one-size-fits-all treatment.
Massage options include:
Sports Massage – to support recovery, performance, and injury management
Relaxation Massage – to reduce stress and support nervous system settling
Pregnancy Massage – gentle, supportive care during pregnancy
Manual Lymphatic Drainage – to support circulation, fluid balance, and healing
Each session is adapted to what your body needs on the day, with clear communication and respect for your comfort and boundaries.

Movement is a powerful way to build strength, resilience, and awareness — when it’s taught with care and understanding.
With over 30 years in group fitness, my movement work focuses on:
Building strength without strain
Improving mobility and stability
Supporting injury prevention and recovery
Encouraging confidence and connection in the body
This includes:
Group Pilates Sessions
Supportive, accessible movement for a range of abilities
Movement sessions are designed to feel grounding and supportive — not punishing or overwhelming.
Classes held on Tuesday evenings at Cuerden Church School, Bamber Bridge 6.45pm

Reiki and sound-based sessions offer a deeply restorative way to support the nervous system and energetic balance.
These sessions can help:
Encourage deep relaxation
Support emotional processing
Calm a busy or overactive system
Create a sense of spaciousness and rest
Sound baths and Reiki may be offered individually or in group settings, and are often a helpful complement to bodywork or movement.

A whole-system approach
In-person bodywork and movement are an important part of my wider approach to wellbeing.
Some people work with me solely through hands-on or movement-based sessions.
Others combine this work with subconscious or belief-based support over time.
There is no right combination — only what feels supportive for you and your system.
Not sure where to start?
You don’t need to decide everything upfront.
If you’re unsure which option is right for you, we can talk it through and choose something
that feels appropriate and manageable.
