I didn’t come to this work through one single path.
I came to it through years of working with the body, the nervous system, and the quiet patterns that sit beneath stress, pain, and overwhelm.
Through massage therapy, movement, energy work, and belief coding, I’ve seen again and again that lasting change doesn’t happen when we push harder — it happens when the system feels safe enough to let go.
My background spans hands-on bodywork, movement-based practices, and subconscious support. Over time, I noticed something important:
People weren’t just holding tension in their muscles — they were holding it in their beliefs, their nervous systems, and their sense of self.
That’s why my work now brings these elements together.
I don’t separate the mind from the body, or the physical from the emotional.
I work with the whole system — gently, practically, and at your pace.
